As if you needed another list – you might as well cross-reference your kids list to Santa with Target’s newly released must-have toys of the year. Here we go again!
|🎄 Target’s Top 5 Christmas Toys:|
It was only a matter of time before some of the top retailers officially released their picks of the top toys for the upcoming holiday season and – this year – Target is no different. As you know, we check their list as one of the retailers we look to when coming up with our own toy gift guide throughout the year, but wanted to let you some of their top picks and new releases.
Now buckle up, because they’ve recently released their Top 100 – which we’re never really a fan of because, like, it’s basically like what are you even supposed to buy?! – so we’ve narrowed it down to the most popular 10 we’re totally digging and are currently being buzzed about on social media channels like Insta and TikTok (we only think we’re cool).
So without further ado, here’s the top 8 you really gotta know about happening at Target, like, right now!
Throw Throw Avocado Game
It’s the most anticipated follow-up game from the folks that brought you Throw Throw Burrito! It’s basically a cards and dodgeball game, but with avocado – because, why not? It’s totally a family-friendly game, perfect for ages 7 years old and up, and only take about 10 minutes to play a round. You can’t beat that.
Chuckle + Roar XL Pop It
The fidget toy trend continues and an exclusive to Target is the new XL bubble popping fidget and sensory game. This one is 3x bigger than the original popper, may help with fine motor skills, and is said to help kids (and everyone else) chill the heck out a bit.
LOL Surprise OMG 24K DJ Family Pack
Of course you know that LOL Surprise was going to make the list (again) this year. There’s nothing they can’t do, apparently. Your little ones are still obsessed with all things LOL Surprise and this one comes with more than 45 different surprises to unbox, including 5 new and exclusive LOL dolls/pets. Snag this one while you still can (even though we don’t love the price).
Roblox Action Collection
If there’s a way to get your kids off their electronics, you know that Roblox can do it! This time around it’s one of the most anticipated toys of the year from Target. This fun play-set has 6 of the most popular Roblox characters, allows you to create your own customized playset, and even comes with one exclusive virtual item (of course!).
Ryan’s World Mega Adventure Chest
All things Ryan’s World are still going strong, both on his famous Youtube channel and just about every toy he creates and puts his hands on. This holiday season, your kiddos can enjoy his Lost City Adventures with his official Mega Adventure Chest. They’ll even discover tons of surprises like exclusive figurines, foam battle axe, coins, stickers, and so much more.
Unicorn Purse Pets
Move over llamas, because unicorns are making a strong comeback this Christmas – and now in the form of Purse Pets. She’s super eye-catching and when you’re on the go she’ll blink and even interact with you. In fact, she currently has over 25 sounds and cute reactions. She’s not just a purse…she’s a pet!
Jurassic World Legacy Collection
Jurassic is back! Although, they never really left! This Tyrannosaurus Rex Escape pack is a total exclusive to Target (so you won’t find it anywhere else). It comes with 2 different figures and 1 accessory based on the scene from the movie! They’ll have a blast playing and recreating some of their most famous movie scenes.
Jetson Dynamic Hoverboard
There’s always one must-have toy on your kids Christmas list that makes you a nervous wreck, and this year it’s the all new Jetson hoverboard. It runs totally on electric power, has it’s own bluetooth speaker that’ll play music, and has all-terrain tires that’ll give them a much smoother ride than years past. Top speed goes up to 10 mph! Get the camera ready.
