We were first introduced to Theragun a couple of years ago when it was sent to our tiny little office. We heard this insanely loud noise (almost like a drill) coming from another room and ran in to see what the commotion was all about. Our curiosity hit tilt and we decided to give this new Theragun a try. Honestly, it hurt. But in a great way. We used it on our lower back and within seconds we felt like we had been given a 30-minute deep massage. It was shocking, actually.
Fast-forward a year and Theragun (now known as Therabody) has come out with a line of smaller, much quieter, and much more affordable products. They even had a new mini option that’s now under $200 (which makes it cheaper than Oprah’s Favorite Things massage pick of last year). Not too shabby!
Overall some of the amazing benefits of using these different devices include things like:

- Faster warmup & recovery
- Increases blood flow
- Decreases lactic acid
- Improves range of motion
- Hydrates tissue
- Improves stretching ability
Plainly put; it just helps to make your muscles and your body feel great. We’ve become quite addicted, especially after we go out for a run. Our legs have never felt better. The price has become much more affordable lately too, starting at $199 and going up to $599 (for the PRO). Therabody isn’t known for having a ton of sales throughout the year, but the best times to find the best deals are typically Black Friday through Cyber Monday where, last year, you could get up to $200 of select best-sellers. They don’t have promo codes or coupons (like some other sites claim they do) so just snag your fave whenever you can!
Outside of their normal products, they’ve expanded into Theraone, which is a wide variety of topical lotions and creams with CBD oil (all legal) to help promote muscle recovery.
