Nerd prayers have been answered and the Commodore’s C64 Mini is making its way to North America just in time for the holidays. Here’s everything we currently know on where to find it, how to pre-order it, which games come with it and more!
The dork in all of us couldn’t be more excited if we tried. If you remember the Commodore 64 from the early 80’s you’ll remember how awesome (and realistic) you thought those games were. It wasn’t until years later (hello Nintendo) that we realized just how bad off we were. Still, there’s something so comforting about it all. #Nostalgia
Well it’s now being reported that the C64 Mini is not only being developed, but you’ll be able to buy it soon right here in the United States. Better yet, we just may get it in time for the upcoming holiday season. Here are some specifics.
When is the Actual Release Date of the C64 Mini?
Right now we’re being told it’ll be released in retail stores and online on October 9, 2018. Of course you can always try your luck and order one today on eBay. Just make sure it’s the real deal and, please, don’t spend too much!
Can You Pre Order It?
As of today, not yet. Bookmark this page (hello 1998!) because we’ll keep you up-to-date on when pre-order starts (especially on Amazon). Right now you can try your luck with these on Amazon.
