The NEW Dr. Seuss’s Horse Museum Book is Ready for Pre Order

As if 2024 couldn’t get any better, it was just officially announced that a brand new book from Dr. Seuss titled “Dr. Seuss’s Horse Museum” is being released and it’s now officially ready for pre-order. Read on!

Let’s face it, we’ve all grown up on Dr. Seuss books. And who hasn’t received “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” as a gift multiple times in their life? We’re so excited that a never-before-published book by him is, well, about to be published. It was based off of a manuscript and sketches of his that were discovered back in 2013. Here’s everything we know, so far, about it.

What is the Book About?

We’ve always known that Dr. Seuss was a lover of animals and now we see his love of horses come to life. This must-read book is said to help children (and us adults) view the beloved horses and the world in a different light while they go on a beautifully illustrated adventure in the museum. A friendly horse will act as your tour guide as he directs a group of students throughout the art museum. They’ll view colorful re-produced art renderings by genius artists like Picasso, Jackson Pollock, George Stubbs and many, many more.

The wonderfully gifted illustrator, Andrew Joyner, took inspiration from Dr. Seuss’s original sketches that were found in 2013 and whimsically combined them with other real-life art to really help bring this new story to life. Perhaps one of our favorite aspects are the cameos that pop up from beloved characters like The Grinch, Horton from ‘Horton Hears a Who,’ The Cat in the Hat and more!

When is the Official Release Date?

As if it can’t come soon enough, this book is being officially released on September 3, 2024. In fact, the initial release will include 250,000 copies, but something tells us that more will be needed.
