I throw everything I own in my washing machine. I don’t even separate colors. I’m not those kind of laundry doers. The fact that I can now wash and dry my rug is pretty mind boggling but, here we are. I’m doing it. And I’m loving it. And I’m thanking Ruggable for it. Their prices really aren’t that bad and recently they’re making it more affordable than ever with a promo code or two to help you take a little extra off (10% – 15%) – more on that in a minute.

People have been fascinated over the past year or two with ways to wash just about everything in their home that you normally wouldn’t. In fact, it’s even become a TikTok trend where people are washing their rugs to see the results to the tune of over 5 million views!

Ruggable is known all across the country as basically having the only rugs that can be placed into your washing machine and even dryer, yes really. Got food stains? Dog stains? Liquor stains? Everything in between? Don’t sweat it because now it can all easily be washed, dried, and back to new before you know it.
When you buy your rug from them it actually comes as two parts; the rug cover and the rug pad. The cover can easily be removed and washed. It’s just that simple. I hate to use the phrase “I’m obsessed” but I really am.
They have a ton of different styles, sizes, and textures to choose from. And these aren’t just strictly for your living room. They have options that are specifically for outdoor spaces, which are waterproof (score!), options that fit perfectly in your kitchen in high traffic or use areas (like in front of your kitchen sink), and anywhere else really.

But does it actually work? Meaning, can you really wash them? While I’ve had a ton of success personally with mine, I consulted with the experts at HGTV who tested these out in a variety of different situations like: set up, washing, drying, security to the floor, pet stains, etc. The short of it, yes it worked, was easily washable, and even held up to their pets.
I really can’t say enough great things about them. Even their customer service was above average…and I emailed them endless questions (I was nervous about buying a rug online without actually seeing it in person first!). Definitely check them out because I think you’ll be just as pleasantly surprised as I was.
