Looking for a really killer pair of jeans that can fit perfectly on just about any body shape or style? Check out AG Jeans. They’ve been one of my favorites for years now. Here’s my overall experience and how you can save a little on your order too.
My Personal Experience
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect fitting pair of jeans for a while. And while they’re a bit on the expensive side, I’ve had the most luck with AG, especially when it comes to the fit. I’m of a certain age where I haven’t fully given up get (almost) and still like to look good. But I’m also not looking for super skinny jeans and the like. I’m not into all kinds of holes and rips either.
With the AG brand they offers denim options of all kinds of styles, sizes, and fits like:
Now, full transparency, one of my favorite retailers for us guys is J Crew. And I’ve always had great luck with them. And, believe it or not even Abercrombie has some great jeans (and you don’t have to worry about seeing that moose logo all over the place). But personally I love AG because it’s always flattering, super high quality (their CEO is committed to that), fits perfectly, and you can wear them simply hanging out, to the office, or even that happy hour you’ve been planning. I actually regularly add them to my Jeans Buying Guide for men and my readers are always psyched for the recommendation. Give them a look and a try if you’re ready to update and upgrade your look a bit.
How I Saved
Like I mentioned, yes, they can be a bit on the expensive side. I used to only buy them directly from Nordstrom (online) but once I started shopping AG direct on their own site, I was able to save a bit more. For example, when it comes to coupons and promo codes they actually do have them. One of the easiest ways to snag an exclusive discount code is by signing up for their emails. Once you do, you’ll get a 10% off code to use at checkout. So make sure you save it for something good!
Besides getting that 10% off, you can also get free shipping with a minimum spend. I wasn’t able to find any student discounts or military (or first responder) discounts at this time, but I’ll keep an eye out and if they add anything I’ll update my review.
They actually have a really decent promo sale area of their site where you can get some pretty amazing deal prices up to 50% off. Check out their official sale section here.
If you’re ready to give them a go, I rounded up some great deals (including info on how to get that 10% coupon) and other areas of their site to make your shopping experience a bit easier. Hope it helps you out!
