Looking for thebest speakers of the year? You can never go wrong with Sonos. We’ve been hooked ever since we got our first set and they’re more affordable than in the past and even have a coupon or two to help out a bit.

The best speaker (ever) that we recently got this past Christmas was from Sonos. Well, it wasn’tfrom them, but you know what I mean. Our home was basically filled with a sorts of Apple speakers and Alexaeverything. Now? Well, we’re officially a Sonos home. Not familiar with them? Don’t let the prices fool you. This is totally doable (and there’s even a couple of discount codes for qualified customers – more on this in a minute).

The speaker we received was The One (in black). It sounds amazing, isn’t too big, looks great (comes in white too), can be controlled with your voice, and can even be paired with another one if you’d like/if you have it.
Outside of this speaker we’re clearly obsessed with, they’re really the go-to when it comes to home entertainment systems. If you’re looking to super charge your home theater (even if it’s just your man-cave) they have everything you’ll need to get it going. In fact, a recent review from PCMag called it “Powerful sound for its size!” It’s really the best speaker we’ve ever had and is so much different than any of the others we’ve purchased ourselves. Typically they’re known for being really expensive, but when it comes to these one-off speakers it’s actually really comparable. In fact, we’ve spent more in the past on our old Bose speaker.

And it’s not just the experts who are in love with Sonos. They’ve recently blown up on TikTok and all those obsessed millennials are loving it to. There are tons of video reviews and ways to set up their speaker systems to the tune of more than 22 million video views.
If you kind of know what you’re doing with your home theater (we don’t) you may want to go with buying each piece individually, especially if you have some speaker equipment already at home you love. If you’re new to this and just want it all uniform and done right, we recommend to go with any of their complete bundles. Typically when you buy a bundle you can save up to $97. Worth it.
So give them a try, even if it’s just starting off with a speaker. You’ll be converted before you know it. We were!
SONOS SALES, DEALS & PROMO CODE SITUATIONWe totally get that a lot of the Sonos speakers can be pretty pricey, especially if you’re looking to upgrade your complete home theater. We looked into their overall coupon policy and even when some of their biggest sales of the year typically take place. We found a bunch of random codes on coupon sites but, quite honestly, none worked. We’re not sure if they were expired or just entirely made up.
Sonos does accept discount codes to be used while you’re checking out directly from their own website. Any offers and, especially, things like promo codes are going to come directly from the brand itself. Sonos recently expanded their “thank you” offers to additional everyday heroes. The overarching theme is frontline workers, but that can include first responders and a wide variety of healthcare workers too.
Again, offers are valid – well – while they’re still valid so definitely check out their site to see what’s what.
If you’re looking for their major sales events, that can get a bit tricky too. If you just start to Google “Does Sonos” it will automatically fill in “…ever go on sale.” Clearly people want to know! We get it, we were one of them. As far as big sales events go, they really don’t have them. Trust us, we’ve looked. There are times when Sonos will run a sale – like Black Friday (sometimes) or even to compete with Prime Day (sometimes). These aren’t always consistent so we recommend to sign up for their emails because at least you’ll know ahead of time when a future sale is planned.
