We first heard about Hum Nutrition when we were recommended them for their popular ashwagandha gummies, which are said to help with overall stress levels and even may lead to a better night sleep – which we totally 100% need! If you’ve been hearing about ashwagandha lately, you’re not alone. Overall, sales of ashwagandha have increased by almost 4,000% recently. Not to mention gummy sales, in general, are up 44%. So, we may be a little late to the game – but Hum made it easy for us to hop on the bandwagon.
Anytime we review a brand we’re loving, especially when it’s in the health-space, we always recommend to check with your doctor first before you start any type of supplement to make sure it’s good to go for you specifically.
