Isn’t there some unwritten rule that you should never mix with the Kardashian sisters? Kristin Cavallari and two Kardashian’s (no first names needed) posted lifeless on the grey carpet at the grand opening of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach in Miami, Florida over the weekend.
